Account management

Stripe, our payment partner, hosts a page for us where you can:

• View your payment history
• Download VAT invoices and receipts
• Update your payment methods
• Change your billing email address (where payment notifications will be sent)
• Cancel your subscription

To access this:

• Log into your OctoCue account
• Using the dropdown menu on the top right, select Your subscription
• Select the Manage subscription now option.

In some situations, not all past payments will be listed in the payment history.

If you need details of a payments that's not listed online, drop us an email.
