Stripe, our payment partner, hosts a page for us where you can:
- View your payment history
- Download VAT invoices and receipts
- Update your payment methods
- Change your billing email address (where payment notifications will be sent)
- Cancel your subscription
To access this:
- Log into your OctoCue account
- Using the dropdown menu on the top right, select
- Select the
Manage subscription nowoption.
In some situations, not all past payments will be listed in the payment history.
If you need details of a payments that's not listed online, drop us an email.
